The week started at a family picnic. It was cool, sunny and beautiful. The objective? To get a picture of 10 happy children all together.
Mission accomplished. Someone will enjoy sending out their Christmas card photo this year. Please note we are not sure if Grace is making a funny face or not. We find her like that often. Her timing is great however.
The rest of the week was spent like this
wake up, basketball camp, lunch somewhere in town, swimming, errands, home. Or some variation of that.

| The park we went to had a splash pad. |
One day this week I asked Ellie why she kept choosing not to listen. Her reply was
"I just can't get my head right"
interesting.

| Outfit she picked out one really hot day. "could she BE wearing any more shirts?" |
No one here seems to be sleeping well which is strange given the amount of activities they are involved in.
Some of them are not adjusting to a new routine very well and are stressed. Like cry yourself to sleep stressed.
Not cool.
They have all been leaving their beds multiple times to tell us they can't sleep. Do they think I can magically make sleep happen?
Nope, can't.
Last night my 246th visit of the night was from Ellie. She said " I have some good news. Really good. I GOT MY HEAD RIGHT!"
awesome. go to bed.
Meet Jacob.
Jacob is silly.
I am worn OUT. But mostly in a good way.
